| Clean Air Lawn Care recognizes the value of education for the next generation of environmental leaders. As business and environmental action are continually growing more interdependent, an in-depth understanding of environmental science, policy, & economics is critical to effective decision-making, both in the business and public sectors.
Each year, we award the Clean Air Lawn Care Environmentalist Scholarship to a student who has demonstrated environmental leadership in their community – school, town, or otherwise. View the requirements and application below.

Clean Air Lawn Care Environmentalist Scholarship
Award amount: $1000 applied towards tuition
We would like to know how you make every day Earth Day. Write a 500-1000 word essay on your perspective on sustainability including the eco-friendly lifestyle you currently live, your plans to enhance this through your education, and how you intend to ensure the availability of resources for future generations. New for 2009! … Include additional paragraph (up to 250 words) on your favorite thing to do on the grass (games, relaxing etc).
Who is eligible?
First-year college students who will be enrolling at a U.S. accredited college or university as a full-time, degree seeking student to study in an environmental field. Applicant must have demonstrated environmental leadership qualities through participation in community service, extracurricular, or other activities and have a minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative, high school, on a 4.0 scale). Applicant must be a legal U.S. resident or citizen.
